MANAGED MOBILE'S 3C PROTOCOL
Managed Mobile technicians follow the “3C Protocol” for trouble shooting, diagnosing, and repairing your vehicle:
- Complaint: Any noted defect on the vehicles such as “Brake lights don’t work.”
- Cause: The reason for the complaint as identified by our technician following standard operating procedures for diagnosing and troubleshooting the affected system(s) such as “Damaged/Broken wire at brake light housing.”
- Correction: The corrective action our technician takes to repair or replace a worn, damaged, or defective component. “Repaired wire connection, replaced.”
Additionally, all maintenance and repair work performed by Managed Mobile is coded using industry best practice Vehicle Maintenance Repair Standard (VMRS) codes for accuracy and consistency. Both VRMS coding and the 3C Protocol allows Managed Mobile to provide our clients with detailed vehicle maintenance and repair history on every vehicle for warranty tracking, cost analysis/vehicle cycling, and safety compliance.
