MANAGED MOBILE...COMMERCIAL TRUCK REPAIR EXPERTS

MANAGED MOBILE KEEPS YOUR COMMERCIAL FLEET ON THE ROAD.

Managed Mobile performs bumper to bumper commercial truck repair for your fleet.  Repairs include everything from routine repairs like replacing lights, lenses and mud flaps to computer diagnostics and repairing clutches, transmissions and turbos. We train and equip our technicians to perform commercial truck repairs on all major vehicle systems including engine, drive train, brakes, suspension, steering, electrical and electronic systems, heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), and more.

Routine repairs include issues, defects, and worn components noted during our vehicle safety inspections as well as items your drivers note during daily vehicle inspection reports (DVIR).  Emergency and roadside breakdown repairs may include unexpected issues that arise in your yard or out on the road when you need an immediate response to get a truck up and running.

Managed Mobile works on a broad range of commercial fleet vehicles including light duty autos and police cruisers, light duty trucks and cargo vans, medium duty diesel trucks including flatbeds, bobtails, box trucks, heavy-duty diesel trucks, and class 8 tractors.  Standard commercial fleet vehicles Managed Mobile services include Ford, Chevy, Dodge, Isuzu, Hino, International, Freightliner, Kenworth, Peterbilt, Volvo, and more.

A TECH-DRIVEN INDUSTRY NEEDS WELL-TRAINED TECHS

Commercial truck repair for fleet vehicles has become increasingly complex and technology driven.  All the key vehicle systems are now either connected or directly controlled by computers on the vehicle.  The equipment and skills necessary to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair modern fleet vehicles require a company that is dedicated and committed to training its technicians with the latest in diagnostic computer software. Managed Mobile leverages a culture of teamwork, training, and technology to address this issue and solve problems for our clients.

Engine ECM (Computer), exhaust after-treatment systems (SCR/ DPF/EGR), ABS brake systems, tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS), and electronic transmissions are a few examples of the advanced vehicle systems and components for which Managed Mobile provides accurate and ongoing technician training.  We invest thousands of dollars per month in software licensing and subscriptions as well as thousands more per year in laptops, tablets, and diagnostic hardware to properly equip our technicians.

OUR VETERAN MANAGEMENT TEAM

In addition to electronics and computers, technology is also changing the fluids, filtration, and service intervals for the critical vehicle systems and components employed in today’s commercial trucks.  Managed Mobile leverages the veteran experience of our management team, along with the expertise of our suppliers, to make sure every vehicle service or repair meets or exceeds manufacturer warranty requirements.  With the latest generation of diesel engines upon us, there are new fluid formulations required for both motor oil and coolants. Managed Mobile’s veteran management team ensures that our client’s vehicles will get the correct application, every time.

STATE-OF-THE-ART AND ON-SITE

Managed Mobile performs commercial truck repair on-site, at your location.  Providing mobile service allows us to minimize or eliminate downtime for your fleet by scheduling maintenance and repairs at your business or yard location.  Not only does this prevent you from having to shuttle vehicles to a shop, in many cases it eliminates you from having to take your trucks out of operation.  Managed Mobile schedules services early in the morning, afternoons, and evenings on the weekdays and daytime hours on Saturdays.  If your fleet is running, your business is running!

Managed Mobile service vehicles are “state of the art” and designed specifically to perform commercial truck repair in a mobile environment.  Our technicians are dispatched in a modern fleet of Mercedes 3500 Sprinter vans. Our vans are equipped with everything that an effective tech will need: compressors, generators, welder units, tanks, pumps, reels, hoses, digital meters, lighting, frame/jack stands, air and hydraulic jacks, AC R-134 recovery/Recycle/Recharge machines, and laptop/tablets with diagnostic software.
