Managed Mobile service vehicles are “state of the art” and designed specifically to provide efficient roadside assistance and repair services in a mobile environment. Our technicians are dispatched in a fleet of Mercedes 3500 Sprinter vans equipped with compressors, generators, welder units, tanks, pumps, reels, hoses, digital meters, lighting, frame/jack stands, air and hydraulic jacks, AC R-134 Recovery/Recycle/Recharge machines, laptop/tablets with diagnostic software, and a multitude of parts and supplies necessary to properly maintain your fleet.

Upon arrival to your location, our technician will establish a safe, well-marked work area, employ all necessary environmental materials to ensure a clean jobsite, and then complete the assigned repair or service using the best equipment available in the industry.

In addition to having the right equipment, Managed Mobile service vehicles are stocked with thousands of dollars in common replacement parts such as batteries, lights, wheels seals, brake chambers, air lines, fittings, and more.  However, when your vehicle requires a specific part, our dedicated part delivery drivers are at the ready to make the part run and get your vehicle repaired and back on the road quickly.

When a roadside breakdown occurs, the first objective is to make sure your driver and the vehicle are parked in a safe area, away from oncoming traffic, so the truck is able to be worked on.  A Managed Mobile certified technician is dispatched to the vehicle location to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem.  The technician’s second objective is to determine If a permanent or temporary repair can be safely and reasonably performed at the breakdown site in order to avoid the time and expense of a tow back to your location.

Most of the time, Managed Mobile can perform a temporary or permanent fix to get your vehicle back on the road.  However, if a temporary or permanent repair is not possible or practical under the prevailing conditions, Managed Mobile will coordinate a tow for the vehicle back to your yard and arrange the follow up repair to get the truck or trailer back on the road as soon as possible.

Managed Mobile truck breakdown service and emergency roadside breakdown service is guaranteed exclusively for clients on our Fleet Service Plan™ to assure availability and a quick response time.

Our dispatch target time to deliver a technician to the vehicle breakdown location is within 1-hour from your call to us.  We understand how critical downtime is for your business, as well the potential safety issues involved with a roadside breakdown situation, so our team of Service Coordinators expedites all emergency breakdown calls for the quickest possible solution.

Managed Mobile can locate and administrate breakdown service anywhere in the continental United States through our affiliation with national breakdown service providers.   Even if your truck or trailer breaks down outside of California or Las Vegas, we’ll locate a service provider nearby, dispatch and coordinate all the details with the vendor service provider and your driver, and then administrate the billing to complete the transaction.
