Managed Mobile service vehicles are “state of the art” and designed specifically to perform maintenance and repair services in a mobile environment. Our technicians are dispatched in a fleet of Mercedes 3500 Sprinter vans equipped with compressors, generators, welder units, tanks, pumps, reels, hoses, digital meters, lighting, frame/jack stands, air and hydraulic jacks, AC R-134 Recovery/Recycle/Recharge machines, laptop/tablets with diagnostic software, and a multitude of parts and supplies necessary to properly maintain your fleet. Upon arrival to your location, our technician will establish a safe, well-marked work area, employ all necessary environmental materials to ensure a clean jobsite, and then complete the assigned repair or service using the best equipment available in the industry.

Your Fleet Service Plan covers a wide variety of makes and models for trucks, trailers, transport refrigeration units, generators, compressors, construction equipment, and more. Services are performed in compliance with OEM specifications and are backed by Managed Mobile’s service warranty and commitment to quality and professionalism. On-site preventative maintenance services are available 6 days a week to eliminate downtime for routine maintenance. Your Preventative maintenance (PM) services include:

Managed Mobile proactively monitors and tracks every PM service based on time, mileage, or both. We employ an enterprise level, asset maintenance management software program which utilizes Vehicle Maintenance Repair Standard (VMRS) coding. VMRS coding ensures that every filter, every fluid change, and every inspection is being “micro-managed” and that your vehicles receive the service they need, when they need it.
Proactive tracking, management, and performance of PM services translates to fewer roadside breakdowns, unexpected problems between regular service intervals, and other costly repairs. Managed Mobile will set up PM service intervals for your fleet based on the use and application of your vehicles. Typically, vehicles are inspected at least once every 90 days to ensure compliance with State (BIT) or Federal (DOT) Inspection programs and receive oil change and lubrication services by time, mileage, or hours as required by vehicle manufacturers.
SERVICES SCHEDULED AND PLANNED AROUND YOUR BUSINESS
Managed Mobile can schedule regular PM services on your fleet during down time, when your business isn’t using them. We schedule services from early morning (6AM) to late afternoon/evenings during weekdays and even on Saturdays. Managed Mobile’s service window scheduling accommodates virtually every client’s regular schedule and allows us to minimize or eliminate vehicle downtime for routine scheduled PM services. Clients love this option as it allows them to keep their trucks on the road during business hours.
A quality PM service will often identify needed repairs. Routine repairs include issues, defects, and worn components noted during our vehicle safety inspections or oil change and lubrication services. Managed Mobile performs heavy-duty truck repair including all major vehicle systems such as engine, transmission, clutch, drive-line, differential, suspension, steering, axle/wheel end/hub, brakes, steering, electrical and electronic, air conditioning (HVAC), PTO, lift gate, and more. Most importantly, we complete these repairs on-site, at your location.
