Our vans are equipped with everything that the tech will need to complete his job: compressors, generators, welder units, tanks, pumps, reels, hoses, digital meters, lighting, frame/jack stands, air and hydraulic jacks, AC R-134 Recovery/Recycle/Recharge machines, and laptop/tablets with diagnostic software. Our technician will arrive carrying the tools and supplies necessary to quickly and efficiently maintain your fleet.

In addition to having the right equipment, Managed Mobile service vehicles are stocked with thousands of dollars in the most common replacement parts such as batteries, lights, wheel seals, brake chambers, air lines, fittings, and more.  However, when your vehicle requires a specific part, our dedicated part delivery drivers are at the ready to make the part run and get your heavy-duty vehicle repaired and back on the road quickly.

SUPERIOR WORK STARTS WITH SUPERIOR CERTIFICATION

Managed Mobile service technicians are certified for both BIT Inspections (California) and DOT Inspections (Federal).  These bumper-to-bumper visual safety inspections are required on a 90-Day (BIT) or annual (DOT) basis.  Aside from our own in-house training program, each technician is required to pass and maintain Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification, the industry accreditation standard. Additional certification requirements include EPA 609 for HVAC through the Mobile Air Conditioning Society (MACS) and diesel emissions testing certification for the Periodic Smoke Inspection Program (PSIP) through the California Council on Diesel Education and Technology (CCDET).

Managed Mobile’s extensive training program includes in-house, OEM and industry certification for ASE Certification, BIT/DOT Inspection Certification, Smoke Opacity Testing (CCDET Certification), EPA 609 Certification (MACS/HVAC), Computer Diagnostic Certification (Cummins Insite), Welding, and extensive courses covering all the key vehicle system components.  Our well-trained technicians ensure maintenance and repair work is performed correctly, according to “best practice” industry standards.
