Managed Mobile performs heavy-duty truck repair in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Bernardino County, Riverside County, Sacramento, and our newest location in Las Vegas . We specialize in heavy-duty truck repair for transmission, clutch, drive-line, differential, suspension, steering, axle, wheel end, hub, brakes, electrical and electronic, air conditioning (HVAC), PTO, lift gate, and more.  Most importantly, we complete these repairs on-site, at your location. Managed Mobile can maintain and repair a broad range of commercial fleet vehicles including light duty Ford and Chevy pick-up trucks and vans to medium and heavy-duty Isuzu, Hino, Mitsubishi, Freightliner, Peterbilt, Volvo, and International trucks and tractors.

Whether you operate 2 or 3 axle bobtails or over the road class 8 tractors, Managed Mobile will craft a Fleet Service Plan (FSP) addressing your heavy-duty truck repair needs including regular inspections to ensure BIT and DOT compliance and regular intervals for oil changes and lubrication services.  An FSP will help minimize or eliminate roadside breakdowns and provide proactive replacement of worn or defective components before they can cause an interruption to your business.

Perhaps on of the biggest heavy-duty truck repair issues facing fleets today is the computer or Electronic Control Module (ECM).  Computers have transformed heavy-duty truck repair and now require trained and skilled technicians who can troubleshoot and diagnose complex repair issues.  This transformation in the commercial fleet maintenance industry has created both a challenge and an opportunity which Managed Mobile has embraced and relentlessly pursues to keep our client’s vehicles safe, compliant, and reliable.

Managed Mobile service vehicles are “state of the art” and designed specifically to perform maintenance and heavy-duty repair services in a mobile environment.  When you call, we dispatch certified and trained technicians in our fleet of Mercedes 3500 Sprinter vans. Our vans are equipped with everything that the tech will need to complete his job: compressors, generators, welder units, tanks, pumps, reels, hoses, digital meters, lighting, frame/jack stands, air and hydraulic jacks, AC R-134 Recovery/Recycle/Recharge machines, and laptop/tablets with diagnostic software. Our technician will arrive carrying the tools and supplies necessary to quickly and efficiently maintain your fleet.

In addition to having the right equipment, Managed Mobile service vehicles are stocked with thousands of dollars in the most common replacement parts such as batteries, lights, wheel seals, brake chambers, air lines, fittings, and more.  However, when your vehicle requires a specific part, our dedicated part delivery drivers are at the ready to make the part run and get your heavy-duty vehicle repaired and back on the road quickly.

We spend thousands per month in diagnostic software solutions and subscriptions for OEM solutions including Cummins, Paccar, Detroit, International, Volvo, Isuzu, Hino, Bendix, Wabco, and many others.  However, as with any tool, it’s only as good as the technician using it.

Therefore, Managed Mobile provides ongoing in-house and outside OEM training to keep our techs not just relevant, but miles ahead of the competition in terms of capability, expertise, and efficiency.

Managed Mobile performs vehicle maintenance and heavy-duty repairs on-site, at your location.  Providing mobile services allows us to minimize or eliminate downtime for your fleet by scheduling maintenance and repairs at your business or yard.  Not only does this prevent you from shuttling vehicles to a shop or dealership, in many cases it eliminates you from having to take your trucks out of operation, so your business is not interrupted.  Managed Mobile schedules heavy-duty truck repair services early mornings, afternoons, and on Saturdays.  If your fleet is running, your business is running!

Managed Mobile service technicians are certified for both BIT Inspections (California) and DOT Inspections (Federal).  These bumper-to-bumper visual safety inspections are required on a 90-Day (BIT) or annual (DOT) basis.  Aside from our own in-house training program, each technician is required to pass and maintain Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification, the industry accreditation standard. Additional certification requirements include EPA 609 for HVAC through the Mobile Air Conditioning Society (MACS) and diesel emissions testing certification for the Periodic Smoke Inspection Program (PSIP) through the California Council on Diesel Education and Technology (CCDET).

Managed Mobile’s extensive training program includes in-house, OEM and industry certification for ASE Certification, BIT/DOT Inspection Certification, Smoke Opacity Testing (CCDET Certification), EPA 609 Certification (MACS/HVAC), Computer Diagnostic Certification (Cummins Insite), Welding, and extensive courses covering all the key vehicle system components.  Our well-trained technicians ensure maintenance and repair work is performed correctly, according to “best practice” industry standards. This is important to our clients as they rely on Managed Mobile to keep their fleet safe, compliant, and reliable so they can maintain their trucks and keep their business moving forward and profitable.

Managed Mobile created the Fleet Service Plan™ (FSP) to include all of the heavy-duty truck repairs that are needed to keep your fleet on the road. A customized FSP will give you a safe, compliant, and reliable fleet because it includes the repairs, safety inspections (BIT/DOT) and preventative maintenance your fleet needs. Your customized plan will match managed maintenance services with the utilization of your vehicles and your budget. When we craft an FSP for your fleet, our fleet professionals will manage and track all the preventative maintenance and repairs for every vehicle in your fleet to ensure they are ready to roll when you need them.

We are the superior brand for mobile fleet maintenance, roadside assistance, truck inspections, truck repair, and preventative maintenance in California and Nevada. We currently provide service to more than 650 commercial fleets in Los Angeles County, Orange County, the Inland Empire (San Bernardino, Riverside Counties), Sacramento and San Diego in California, Las Vegas, Houston, Texas and our newest location in Dallas / Fort Worth.
