Product and Warranties Overview

Managed Mobile, Inc. (“MMI”) warrants that the services provided by MMI shall be performed in a workmanlike manner and shall be free from defects in workmanship for 45 days after the services are performed, provided that MMI is notified before any repairs are conducted.  MMI will at its option, re-perform the services or reimburse you for the full amount or partial amount paid for the services.  Any defective equipment or parts manufactured by others and installed by MMI will be repaired or replaced according to the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty and MMI will at its option, repair, rebuild and/or replace any such defective equipment or parts.  This warranty is limited only to those services, parts and equipment provided by MMI to you within the time set forth above and does not cover any damage or failures caused by misuse or neglect of the equipment serviced by MMI or the failure of other equipment not serviced by MMI or outside the terms of this warranty.  These terms state MMI’s entire warranty obligations, our entire liability to you and your exclusive remedy for any claim against MMI that arises out of any services, equipment or parts provided by MMI to you.  None of MMI’s employees or agents is authorized to make any warranty to you other that the terms of this warranty.  MMI disclaims all other express or implied warranties, including warranties or fitness and merchantability.  MMI will in no event be liable for any indirect, special, punitive or consequential damages, including lost profits, vehicle rental, towing, travel or lodging as a result of services, parts and equipment provided by MMI.
